Returns ... 1.Call Hamilton avtec ’s Part or Service Department to obtain an authorization #for return. You should have the following information ready: •Hamilton avtec part number •Equipment serial number •Reason for return 2.The Part or Service Department will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA)number. 3.We will then ship you the new part. 4.You may immediately return the part(s)providing you indicate the RGA number on your shipping documents.Failure to do so or returning goods without proper authorization will delay processing of credit due. 5.You will be sent a copy of the RGA form for your records.You do not have to wait for this form to return the authorized goods. 6.After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, appropriate credit is issued. You will be sent a credit memo.
