| Ready-to-run, Integral
Motor Vacuum Loaders |
- These
self powered integral motor loaders are ideal for shorter distance
- conveying
of pellets and
regrinds (ratio models).
- Conveying rates range from a few
hundred pounds/hour to over 2000 pounds/hour. Models with
an "R" designation include two inlet tubes and special
controls for ration
- loading of pellets
and regrinds. Hamilton integral motor loaders include solid state
controls with an on/off switch and external
load timer adjustments. All models include automatic filter cleaning.
These loaders are shipped ready to use, complete with flexible
conveying hose, clamps and
vertical feed tube. Horizontal feed tubes for bin unloading are
available as an option.

Hamilton Ratio loaders
- Hamilton internal mixing valves control the
- feeding of regrinds or second materials in
- proportion to virgin materials being loaded.
- Valves alternatively open and close during
- the load cycle in a pre-set, adjustable ratio.
